What’s new in Version 1910 (Build 12130.20272)

This update covers new features and non-security updates included with Office 365 ProPlus Monthly Channel Updates in 2019, Visio Pro for Office 365, Project Online Desktop Client and Office 365. It fixes various bugs and enhanced performance.

This update includes a wide range of minor new features, including one for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint that reviews PDFs that you generate for accessibility issues and improvements, and one for Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint that adds security tags to your documents and emails to keep them in line with the data protection policies of your company. Plus, Microsoft Word also enjoys changes in co-authoring.

Microsoft Outlook

  • Users can accept a request to update Outlook after an error. Outlook will notify users to upgrade and accept the fix if Outlook experiences an error that is patched in a later version.

Office Suite

  • After updating these installations, Microsoft Teams will be included in existing Office 365 ProPlus (and Office 365 Business) installations starting at the end of June 2019. Microsoft Word

  • Improved Word quality performance when coauthoring to monitored improvements to files.

Cloud Services and digital productivity suites from other providers are available-even without a monthly subscription, but such suites often do not have full collaboration tools that are appropriate for companies and businesses.
