In line with this, we can provide you comprehensive help and support for the products you purchase from us. If you encounter difficulties during a product’s installation, you can avail of our installation services.
We can help you install your software through Remote installation support at a cost of $57.44 inclusive of GST. This service can be purchased alongside products we offer through our online store. If you avail of this service, we will get in touch with you through email or phone to schedule a convenient time to carry out the installation.
If you only want to avail of the installation service and already own software with a specific license key, fill out the form on this page to send us a query so we can process your requirement.
We also offer an on-site installation service at a cost of $113.85 inclusive of 1 hour of work at your location. Any extra time & hardware / software needed during the service will be charged in addition to the initial fee.
On-site installation can be requested by filling out the form in this page. We will get put you in touch with our support centre in your local area (limited to Australia and New Zealand) with you as soon as we receive your request. All service fees for on-site installation will be paid directly to our authorized representative in your local area.
